Breakfast:
Chia seed pudding with raw cacao & almond milk
· 3 Tbsp. of organic chia seeds
· 1 tsp. raw organic cacao powder
· ¾ cup of organic almond/coconut milk
· ½ cup of organic berries
· 1 cup of organic dandelion root coffee or green tea blend as a coffee substitute
* Soak overnight and eat the next morning - yum! You may sprinkle Ashwagandha powder or maca root powder to give it an extra hormonal balancing boost.
Snack: A handful (½ cup) of mixed nuts – almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts & Brazil nuts.
Lunch:

· ½ a green apple
· ½ peeled lemon
· ½ cucumber

Dinner:
Atlantic grilled salmon & roasted vegetables
· 1 piece of wild-caught Atlantic salmon, grilled
· 1 slice of lemon to drizzle
· ½ bunch of asparagus
· ¼ cup red capsicum
· 1 cup of green leafy vegetables
· ¼ cup of beans
