Every initial consultation (50 minutes) includes:

  • A full review of your current symptoms and medical history

  • Timeline analysis of your health patterns and triggers

  • Interpretation of existing pathology (with functional insight)

  • Personalised, science-backed treatment protocol

  • Functional testing recommendations (if relevant)

  • Prescription of practitioner-grade nutraceuticals and herbal medicine

  • Lifestyle, nervous system, and dietary guidance

  • 1 week of email support after your consult

❓ 3. Do you offer follow-up sessions?

 

Yes. Follow-up sessions (30–45 minutes) are structured to:

  • Review and assess treatment progress

  • Update protocols based on new symptoms or test results

  • Refine supplementation, dosage, or lifestyle recommendations

  • Answer any clinical questions you may have

  • Continue long-term support, especially for chronic or relapsing conditions

❓ 4. Are consultations online or in person?

 

All consultations are held online via secure video platform.
This allows flexibility for clients across Australia and internationally. You’ll receive a private telehealth link upon booking.

❓ 5. Can I work with you if I’m outside of Australia?

 

Absolutely. I support clients worldwide through virtual consults. Please note that supplement access and lab testing may differ depending on your location, but I’ll work with you to ensure appropriate alternatives.

❓ 6. Do you prescribe medications?

 

No, I do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications.
I use evidence-based naturopathic medicine, nutritional therapy, functional pathology, and herbal formulations to support the body’s systems naturally. I’m happy to work alongside your existing medical team to ensure integrative care.

❓ 7. Can I claim consultations with private health insurance?

 

Currently, naturopathy is not covered under private health insurance in Australia, however a bill has recently passed to support its reinstatement. I will update clients when this becomes active.

All consultations are invoiced and tax-deductible for those with health-related small businesses or health allowances.

❓ 8. Do you require functional testing before we begin?

 

No. We’ll first review any existing labs you already have. If needed, we can discuss additional testing such as:

  • Thyroid panels (FT3, FT4, TSH, rT3, antibodies)

  • Cortisol (salivary or urine)

  • Comprehensive stool analysis

  • Organic acids testing

  • Nutrient levels (iron, B12, zinc, D, selenium, iodine)

  • Inflammatory and autoimmunity panels

 

These tests are recommended only if clinically relevant and discussed with full transparency.

  • BHSc. Naturopathy (Bachelor of Health Science)

  • Masters in Neuroscience (MNeuroSci)

  • Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy

  • Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine

  • Extensive clinical experience in both traditional naturopathic and evidence-based integrative models

❓ 10. What happens after I book?

 

You’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with your appointment details

  • A secure intake form to complete before your consult

  • An upload link for any relevant blood tests, scans, or reports

  • A personalised Zoom/telehealth link for your session
    After the session, your full protocol and resources will be delivered within 24–48 hours.

❓ 11. How often will I need to see you?

 

This depends on your condition, your goals, and how chronic or complex your case is.
Typically:

  • Acute support: 1–2 sessions

  • Chronic/foundational health: Monthly sessions for 3–6 months

  • Long-term regulation: Every 6–8 weeks for continued coaching and support

 

Your care plan is always flexible and designed to support you sustainably.

I prescribe therapeutic-grade supplements and herbal medicines that are only available to qualified practitioners. These include:

Yes. I offer one week of post-consult email support included with all initial consultations. A follow-up consult is required for longer-term support or new symptom management.
